Osman Kavala's statement on the Kahramanmaraş Earthquake

I believe the remarkable civil solidarity we witnessed in the aftermath of the colossal disaster, together with the spirit of fellowship, will immensely contribute to the spread of the sense of equal citizenship, and the strengthening of sensitivity towards human life and human rights.

I wish all the luck and success to the volunteers of this solidarity who are mobilized to share and alleviate the suffering of the earthquake victims. I am deeply upset about not being able to be among them.
